Please make your hotel reservations for the convention via the website listed in this message or if you wish to use a paper form, let me know.

Hotel reservations must be made by August 3, 2009.

If you wish to arrive Friday Oct. 2nd you will need to reserve 2 mights, 10/2 & 10/3. If you wish to arrive the morning of 10/3, just reserve one night.

We are booking rooms under headquarters negotiated rate of $149.00/night plus taxes. If you wish to share a room, you may but are not required to do so. Local 970 pays for the hotel room, per diem and travel. According to the paperwork we have received, they request a credit card number when you check in should additional charges to the room be incurred.

Registrations forms and payment have already been sent to headquarters.
